How would describe your approach to fund governance?
As the first firm in Cayman to specialise in the provision of independent directors to hedge funds, IMS has developed a model that is often imitated.  Our fiduciaries are all highly experienced individuals that are in direct contact with investment managers, fund administrators, auditors and other service providers to the funds which they serve.  Our independence from all other service providers to the funds, means we can more effectively manage potential conflicts.  They have the assistance of administrative employees, and access to the expertise of their colleagues and in-house legal support, as well as a team of chartered accountants to assist them with reviews of financials.
